Showcasing the work and history of the architects Edward L. Palmer (1877–1952) and William D. Lamdin (1883–1945) and their firm, Palmer & Lamdin, which worked mostly on residential projects in Baltimore in the first 30 years of the 1900's.
Every so often when I google Palmer & Lamdin, something from a few years ago pops up, even though I use the "last month" as the time parameter. So, it was interesting to find 209 Paddington Road, which was last on the market in 2016.
Here's the description: A unique 1928 Palmer-Lamdin jewel on coveted Homeland block. Architecturally significant historic stone residence with French and English design inspiration.
Beautifully maintained. Very flexible living spaces. Two fireplaces.
French doors from both living and dining rooms to extraordinary stone terrace/outdoor living.
