When Homeland was being built, one of the main architecture firms designing the houses was Palmer & Lamdin. They were responsible for many of the houses along Springlake Way and the Lakes. They designed the houses at 5202, 5204, 5206, 5209, 5211, 5212, 5214 and 5222 Springlake Way.
